What information we collect
Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:
Contact details, such as your name and email address, when you join the waitlist, subscribe to the newsletter, or use the contact form.
Payment information, when you buy coaching or digital materials. Payments are processed by our payment provider (for example Stripe). We do not store your full card details.
Coaching information, such as notes, goals and anything you share during sessions, where you are a one-to-one client.
Website and technical information, such as cookies and basic analytics about how the site is used.
How we use your information and our lawful basis
We use your information to:
Provide your coaching and any digital materials you have purchased. Lawful basis: performance of a contract.
Send you the newsletter and marketing emails you have signed up for. Lawful basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Take payment and keep proper business and tax records. Lawful basis: legal obligation and our legitimate interests in running the business.
Respond to your enquiries and provide support. Lawful basis: our legitimate interests.
Keep our website secure and working properly. Lawful basis: our legitimate interests.
Coaching notes and anything you share in sessions are treated as confidential and handled in line with the Confidentiality section of our Terms.
Sensitive information
The contact form may lead you to share information about your relationship with alcohol. Please only share what you are comfortable sharing. We treat anything of this nature with care, use it solely to support and respond to you, and do not share it with third parties for marketing.
Sharing your information
We do not sell your personal information. We only share it with trusted providers who help us run the business, such as our email platform, payment provider and website host, and only so far as they need it to provide their service. These providers are required to keep your information secure. We may also disclose information where we are required to by law, or to protect someone from serious harm.
Where your information is stored
Some of our providers, such as our payment processor (Stripe), email platform (Flodesk), website host (Squarespace) and cloud tools (Google), may store or process your information outside the UK, including in the United States. Where this happens, we rely on legal safeguards approved under UK data protection law, such as UK adequacy regulations or the UK International Data Transfer Agreement (or Standard Contractual Clauses with the UK Addendum), so that your information receives an equivalent level of protection.
How long we keep your information
We keep your information only as long as we need it:
Marketing contacts: until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove you.
Coaching and client records: for the duration of our work together and for a reasonable period afterwards.
Financial records: for as long as required by law (currently at least six years for tax purposes).
Your rights

Ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
Ask us to correct information that is wrong or incomplete.
Ask us to delete your information, where there is no legal reason for us to keep it.
Object to or ask us to restrict how we use your information.
